I'm delighted to share Leigh-Anne & Tom's awesome wedding photographs at the lovely seaside Bournemouth Highcliff Marriott Hotel from last December. The day was simply wonderful- it was just so relaxed, so much fun and bundles of laughter. It's a blessing to feel so welcomed into a couple's family and experience the day as if you're a wedding guest. One of the loveliest compliments received was that wedding guests thought Leigh-Anne and I were old friends and that we went waaay back... just goes to show how amazing this couple is and how super friendly they were, we just ended up giggling throughout the day's celebration.

I initially met this fantastic couple back in August and I knew we just clicked. They're so friendly and genuinely lovely people, I was excited to shoot their festive Christmas winter wedding. We then met for an Engagement Session in Bournemouth a month prior to the wedding and they looked simply stunning together despite Storm Angus throwing everything it had, Leigh-Anne and Tom were unfazed by the rain and had great fun on the shoot. I really loved taking their portrait as I could see they loved each other unconditionally. I probably sound soppy writing this, but seeing them together especially after hearing their stories of being in a long-distance relationship throughout the year, goes to show that anything is possible and love is an infectious wonderful thing!

A few favourite moments from the day:

• Shooting my first outdoor ceremony, despite it being December and anything could happen! (Thankfully the rain didn't come and Leigh-Anne looked all snugg in her white fluffy jacket. The ceremony was just perfect.)
• Leigh-Anne walking down the aisle with her uncle and the guests in awe by how beautiful & gleeful the bride looks
• Group photos in the hotel - everyone just ended up giggling and goofing about which made it so much fun
• The speeches! - The family were so down-to-earth, it was one of the happiest moments of the day hearing heartful and humorous stories from the uncle of the bride and groom.
